Graphical Abstracts: How to Master the Latest Trend in Publishing

Most of us know this story by now.
We
spend months writing and revising our manuscript to perfection. We feel
proud of our work, and we’re certain our target journal will roll out
the red carpet and embrace it with open arms.
Alas, something unexpected happens. . .
We
hit a massive roadblock at the tail-end of the manuscript submission
process, simply because we don’t have a “graphical abstract.”
